この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Fortune Vela（以下「本サービス」）が現在提供する無料機能の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用する前に、本規約をご確認ください。

1. 本サービスの位置づけ

本サービスが提供する占い、解説、ランキングその他のコンテンツは、娯楽および自己理解のきっかけとなる参考情報です。未来、性格、相性、成功または失敗を確定するものではありません。

占い結果をどのように受け止め、行動するかは、利用者ご自身の判断と責任によります。不安を感じた場合は、結果から距離を置いてください。

2. 専門的な判断に関する注意

本サービスは、医療、法律、税務、投資、金融、妊娠・出産、健康、安全その他の専門的な助言を提供するものではありません。また、病気の診断・治療、法的結論、特定の投資判断や利益、妊娠の可否、死亡時期または寿命などを断定・保証・予測するものではありません。

重要な判断や緊急性のある問題については、占い結果だけに依存せず、医師、弁護士、税理士、金融の専門家、公的相談窓口など、内容に応じた有資格者または専門機関へ相談してください。

3. 禁止事項

利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、次の行為をしてはなりません。

法令または公序良俗に反する行為
本サービスや第三者の権利、名誉、プライバシーを侵害する行為
不正アクセス、過度な負荷、妨害、改変、解析を目的とする行為
本サービスのコンテンツを、許可なく転載、販売、再配布または自らの成果物として公開する行為
本サービスを、他者への差別、脅迫、強制または重要な意思決定の一方的な根拠として利用する行為
その他、運営者が不適切と合理的に判断する行為

4. 著作権その他の権利

本サービスに掲載する文章、画像、デザイン、プログラムその他のコンテンツに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。法令で認められる場合を除き、事前の許可なく複製、転載、改変、配布または販売することはできません。

5. 提供内容の変更・停止

本サービスは、品質改善、保守、セキュリティ対応その他の理由により、事前の予告なく機能や内容を変更し、または提供を一時停止・終了することがあります。可能な場合は、重要な変更を本サービス上でお知らせします。

6. 免責

本サービスは、コンテンツの正確性、完全性、特定の目的への適合性、将来の結果を保証しません。利用者が本サービスの情報を参考にして行った判断または行動について、運営者は、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。

外部サイトへのリンクがある場合、その内容や安全性は各サイトの運営者が管理しており、本サービスが保証するものではありません。

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set the conditions for using the free features currently provided by Fortune Vela (“the Service”). Please review them before using the Service.

1. Purpose of the Service

Readings, explanations, rankings, and other content provided by the Service are reference material for entertainment and self-reflection. They do not determine your future, personality, compatibility, success, or failure.

You are responsible for deciding how to interpret and act on a reading. If a result makes you uncomfortable or anxious, step away from it.

2. Professional and high-stakes decisions

The Service does not provide medical, legal, tax, investment, financial, pregnancy, health, safety, or other professional advice. It does not diagnose or treat illness, reach legal conclusions, recommend or guarantee a particular investment or profit, determine whether someone can become pregnant, or predict death or life expectancy.

For important decisions or urgent concerns, do not rely on a reading alone. Contact an appropriately qualified professional or public support service, such as a physician, attorney, tax professional, or financial professional.

3. Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

violate laws or public order;
infringe the rights, reputation, or privacy of the Service or any third party;
attempt unauthorized access, impose an excessive load, interfere with, alter, or improperly analyze the Service;
reproduce, sell, redistribute, or present Service content as your own without permission;
use the Service as a basis for discrimination, threats, coercion, or unilateral high-stakes decisions affecting another person; or
engage in conduct the operator reasonably considers inappropriate.

4. Copyright and other rights

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, designs, software, and other content on the Service belong to the operator or the relevant lawful rights holder. Estos Términos de uso (en adelante, “los Términos”) establecen las condiciones para utilizar las funciones gratuitas que Fortune Vela (en adelante, “el Servicio”) ofrece actualmente. Revisa este documento antes de utilizar el Servicio.

1. Finalidad del Servicio

Las lecturas, explicaciones, clasificaciones y otros contenidos del Servicio son información de referencia para entretenimiento y reflexión personal. No determinan tu futuro, personalidad, compatibilidad, éxito ni fracaso.

Tú decides cómo interpretar una lectura y qué hacer después. Si un resultado te causa incomodidad o ansiedad, toma distancia de él.

2. Decisiones profesionales y de alto impacto

El Servicio no ofrece asesoría médica, legal, fiscal, de inversión, financiera, sobre embarazo, salud, seguridad ni de otro tipo profesional. Tampoco diagnostica ni trata enfermedades, emite conclusiones legales, recomienda o garantiza inversiones o ganancias específicas, determina la posibilidad de un embarazo ni predice la muerte o la esperanza de vida.

Para decisiones importantes o situaciones urgentes, no dependas únicamente de una lectura. Consulta a un profesional calificado o a un servicio público adecuado, como un médico, abogado, profesional fiscal o financiero.

3. Conductas prohibidas

Al utilizar el Servicio, no debes:

infringir las leyes o el orden público;
vulnerar los derechos, la reputación o la privacidad del Servicio o de terceros;
intentar accesos no autorizados, generar una carga excesiva, interferir, alterar o analizar indebidamente el Servicio;
